How UrtiMap handles your information

Information used by UrtiMap

Your questionnaire, uploaded medical documents, facts extracted from those documents, answers to personalized questions, and AI-chat history are used to organize and review your case.

Service providers

Account information, case data, and private files may be stored in Supabase. Questionnaire answers and case materials may be processed by Google Vertex AI. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect the public questionnaire from automated abuse. Payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored directly by UrtiMap.

Local questionnaire draft

An unfinished public questionnaire may remain in your browser for up to seven days. The local draft is removed after the completed result is saved to your account.

Retention and deletion

Canceling or pausing paid access does not automatically delete your case or documents. This allows you to restore access to the same case later. The separate Delete my data action permanently removes medical cases, uploaded files, extracted document data, and generated results while leaving the sign-in account available. An individual case can also be deleted with all files associated with that case.
